What happens during the aromatherapy treatment?

A consultation will take place to understand your individual needs and a bespoke blend of oils will be added to a carrier oil and your unique massage oil created (I have a range of 30+ Neal's Yard Organic Remedies essential oils).

You will be instructed (once I leave the room) to remove your watch, jewellery and top layer of clothes (underwear to be kept on) and invited to lay on the treatment couch, covering your body with the towels provided. Once you are ready the treatment will begin lasting approximately an hour for a full body massage. I will be using various techniques to work the oils gently to be absorbed by the skin and into the circulatory system to help relax, calm and restore balance to your body and mind.

Aftercare

A bottle of water will be provided after the treatment. It is advised to not drink alcohol/caffeine or eat a heavy meal in the hours immediately after the treatment.

Keep oils on for as long as possible but beware of sunbathing whilst the oils are still on.
